Submission of entries through the Internet:

Entries for the competition can be uploaded to a central server once entrants have registered. Entrants will only have access to their own entries on the server. The supplied information will be secured in the Palace of Arts’ database and will not be shared with third parties.

By uploading their photos to Instagram with the hashtag “#mupafoto10”, through which the photos are automatically entered into the contest, entrants state that they accept the terms and conditions of the competition. The entrant further accepts that if he/she receives a prize, he/she will be notified through a comment on his/her work by the competition organiser. Additionally, he/she acknowledges that prior to receiving the prize, the entrant will log into the account that uploaded the winning picture via his/her smartphone in the presence of the competition host.

By registering, the entrant consents to the recording of his/her personal information to be used in accordance with the terms of the competition, as well as to the publication of his/her name by the host as part of the competition.

The server will accept uploads from 0:00 on 9 February 2015 to 24:00 on 20 March 2015.

During the final days of the competition, uploading may slow down, so we ask that entrants submit their competition entries as soon as possible.

Judging will proceed through several rounds and will be made public at certain stages. The panel of experts (during the submission stage) will shortlist online the number of entries submitted (through a closed system, privately). Only those photo and video clips that comply with the competition rules, correspond to the category’s content and are ethically sound will be shortlisted and made public, from which the panel of experts shall select the winning works on 23 March 2015, as well as the photos that will be included in the exhibition.

The panel’s decisions can be followed exclusively online at www.fotoklikk.hu. Coverage of the online judging process will be concluded with the selection of the winning pictures and video clips, as well as the selection of pictures and video clips that will be displayed in the exhibition. The results of the competition will be announced at the Palace of Arts on the day of the awards ceremony, 9 April 2015.
The winning pictures, video clips and works selected for inclusion in the exhibition will be viewable by the public from 9 April - May 31 2015 in the Palace of Arts.

Public voting

The pictures selected for the exhibition and the videos judged to be the best will be made available to the public for voting. The public can vote on the Palace of Arts’ official Facebook page, according to the terms described under the KÖZÖNSÉGSZAVAZÁS menu button.
